Theatre Rhino is pleased to present this exciting new play by San Francisco resident and Bay Area Native, Garret Jon Groenveld. The play was originally commissioned in script form by local theatre company, PlayGround, and presented as a staged reading as part of the 2004 Bay Area Playwrights Festival. Show times: Wednesdays – Saturdays @ 8:00 pm About the Playwright: Garret Jon Groenveld is a poet and playwright living in San Francisco. He is the five time winner of the PlayGround Emerging Playwrights award. Garret was the co-creator and lead writer for the successful live action soap opera, The Duboce Triangle, at the dearly departed Josie's Cabaret. His work has been featured twice in the Bay Area Playwrights Festival, including this play in 2004.
Garret is a member of the Dramatists Guild, the AWP and Theatre Bay Area. He is currently the Bay Area's representative for the Sister City Exchange run out of Emory College in Atlanta with the intention of garnering national attention for regional playwrights.
